Somewhere in the Carribbean we are located. An uncharted island but known by all to be simply amazing. It's a wonder that the island isn't be filled with darned tourist. The scenery is amazing and the people are incessantly hot. What more can you expect from an islandic crew? Amazing temperatures in the summer and the winter... It is paradise and none can deny it. The horses aren't the only ones with lives here, the humans can clean up nice outside the stables. Love is the song of the season. Are you singing or are you watching.. in envy

THE GUIDELINES It is a lot nicer to consider the rules "guidelines" rather than limitations. Here at Tropical Equine, we try to keep an air of freedom, but for things to run smoothly there must be a few rules-so here are ours. We ask you to follow them to the best of your ability and if you don't understand something make sure to ask either one of the wonderful staff members-{{mid}}nightdreams or Brandy. We are both always ready to help.
ON THE BASIS OF OUT OF CHARACTER Minimal swearing (Yes, some of you are potty mouths, refrain at some cases-which means do not curse anyone out) No disrespect on any level (sex, age, race, etc.) No hotlinking (all pictures must be on a picture host) No sexual content unless in "the cove" (decided some compromise could be allowed) No stealing from Tropical Equine: it's been copyrighted as of December 28, 2004.
ROLEPLAY && CHARACTERS Be creative with your characters, anything is okay (homosexuals, gays, christians, murderers-wahtever;; anything to spice up roleplay) Marriage for characters under 18 must have parental consent (sorry guys) No powerplay peoples (it's uber annoying) Try to make posts atleast 3-5 lines, or just don't post at all Be as realistic as possible-if you die, you can't come back (urm.. i guess ghostly visitation is "okay") Urm. No force breeding, unless in the wild horses section All characters start off with 75,000 tropics
HORSES I'm not going to be checking up on this but you should visit the farrier and vetrenarian at least every three months (some stables do this for their boarders) All horses must be boarded and registered to show Gestastion period can be figured out between you and other horse owner The typical aging here is yearly (Jan. 1st) but you can change such if it doesn't conflict with another member Retire horses are reasonable age (same with death)
PETS No limitations on pets here (dog, cat, iguana) Be realistic, that's all I'm asking Showing for felines and canines are soon to come
IMPORTATION AND EXPORTATION Money isn't allowed to be exported as of now (again, sorry) Anything can come in-I just need links from the site of exportation You can not import/export anything not belonging to you
COMPETITION Anyone can host shows There are three kinds of shows: training, ribbon, regular shows Training shows offer training points for a level (1/10 complete of a level if you place in the top ten) Ribbon shows offer ribbons from champion all the way to 10th place
POINT SYSTEM Champion=60 points Reserve Champion=55 points First Place=50 points Second Place-45 points Third Place=40 points Fourth Place=35 points Fifth Place=30 points Sixth Place=25 points Seventh Place=20 points Eigth Place=15 points Ninth Place=10 points Tenth place=5 points
TITLES All titles are applied for only with Tropicana points && now League Of Champion Points (3|2|1) Islandic Champion Horse [ICH] - 500 points Islandic Grand Champion Horse [IGCH] - 1,000 points Hawaiin State Champion Horse [HSCH] - 5,000 points Hibiscus National Champion Horse [HNCH] - 8,500 points Bahamas World Champion Horse [BWCH] - 10,000 points Legacy Winning Horse [LWH] - 20,000 points Tropicana Champion Horse [TCH] - 25,000 points Tropicana Grand Champion Horse [TGCH] - 30,000 points
REPORT && CONSEQUENCES If there just happens to be someone breaking any rule, private message [pm] a staff member and they will take care of it If someone has been personally harassing you but there is no proof [deletion or whatever] the conflict will be solved based on past behavior..although evidence when reporting is prefered First Strike [Warning] Second Strike [Warning.
